1. Overview

At Digital Product Store, we sell digital products including templates, UI kits, automation scripts, and 3D assets. Due to the nature of digital goods — which are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” — our refund policy is as follows.

2. All Sales Are Generally Final

Because our products are digitally delivered and immediately accessible upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been sent or accessed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You are buying a digital product with instant delivery
  • You have reviewed the product description, preview, and requirements before purchasing
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases are not automatically eligible for refunds

3. Eligible Refund Situations

We will consider refunds in the following cases:

Product Not Delivered

You completed payment but never received a download link (after checking your spam/junk folder).

Significantly Not as Described

The product is materially different from what was described or shown in the preview.

Technical Failure

The file is corrupt, broken, or impossible to open and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.

Duplicate Charge

You were charged more than once for the same order.

4. Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase

Lack of technical knowledge to use the product

Incompatibility with software not listed in the product requirements

Products that have already been downloaded and accessed

Partial use or dissatisfaction without a specific, documented defect

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with the following information:

  3. The product name
  4. Reason for the refund request (with screenshots or details if applicable)

Where a refund is approved, we may offer:

7. Chargebacks

We ask that customers contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and will be disputed with full order documentation.
